Resolved - Both the submitting complainant and King Billy Casino have informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

Player's Complaint

The casino has locked my account. They assured me that will send my full balance to my bank account. It happened on 9 of November. After the money not arrived for some time - I contacted the casino and they informed me that the transfer was made on 17 of November. Then I contacted them again on 26 of November and they told me they will arrange transfer soon! Looks like they have no intention to transfer my money to me. I need your help.

King Billy inform us that the payment was sent on the 17th of November. If you have not received it you will need to provide a payment account statement between the 17th of November and today.

I have received a reply from Kingbilly casino following receipt of my bank statement. It looks like, opposite to what the casino reps claimed before, the payment to my bank account was NOT still made. Here is the email from 4 of December:


According to information from our finance department, the payment has been prepared, but the dispatch will take a longer time, as there were failures in sending foreign payments on the side of the payment provider. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to specify the exact timeframe for processing your payment.

We are currently working with our finance department to resolve this issue or find an alternative method for you.
