Player's Complaint

On the 7th February I got an email from Laromere casino for 20 complimentary spins on Big Bang slots, so I did take their offer and play those 20 complimentary spins won about 15 or 16 euros and managed to come to €300, so I managed to playthrough the bonus.

Before that I contact the chat support and they told me that from this complimentary spins I can cashout €200 but have to deposit first, also they told me that the bet per spin, should not reach €5-6 I think, so I won't abuse the bonus. After that I submitted my documents send them and did deposit €25 for account verification.

On the 11th February I got this mail from them:

I hope this email finds you well.

[REMOVE]Katherina[REMOVE], your account has been flagged for bonus abuse and as per Terms and Conditions; your account has been closed. Your deposit of euro 25 euros will be refunded to you and you will not be allows to play at LaRomere in future.

LaRomere Terms and Conditions on the website is as follows:

The Company reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Company reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your Casino account in any circumstances including: If you have been designated as a bonus abuser, playing no or low-risk strategies in order to withdraw promotional money.

So I got my €25 on my Skrill account.

The most weird thing was that they send me another email today :

Dear name

This email serves to confirm that your withdrawal of euro 225.00 has been reversed back to your account.

If you did not request this reversal, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

So today I went to chat support just to ask them, they closed my account for BONUS ABUSE, WHICH IS NOT THE CASE,I DID NOT DO SUCH A THING, so this is what the chat told me, something else that security department has detected fraudulent links on my account.

First bonus abuse then fraudulent links.

I did play that bonus which they send me the email, I did deposit €25, I didn't make anything abusing of the bonus.

Why you are giving complimentary spins if you not able to give the money after the wagering my user at casino is [EDIT]

Hi katemak - thanks for getting in contact,

Firstly apologies for the delay in getting your complaint published.

Regarding your complaint;

1) It's actually very common for casinos to give out the "bonus abuse" justification when there are security issues with an account. Most casinos don't like to talk about fraudulent accounts at all, so will give a vague non-related justification instead of the real reason unless pressed.

2) Laromere have been consistently unresponsive to complaints posted both here and at other mediation site. I'll do my best to get in contact with them, but in all honesty I don't expect to get a response.

In response to your email - Yes I have contact LaRomere casino (last Thursday) and no they have not responded.

If I don't hear back from them I will try again towards the end of this week.

Hi katemak,

I've chased this a further twice during this week with no response and sent off a final email just now. If I don't receive a response by close of business (UK time) on Monday, I'm going to close this complaint as 'Found for the Player'.

Sorry this isn't looking good.
