Las Vegas USA – not paying, continues to give me runaround 1.5 years later
Found for the Player - This player won $18k, was waiting on withdrawals being paid by Las Vegas USA. 6 months pass and the operator's only managed to pay $12k. They then close the player's account based on dormancy rules, seizing the remaining $6k.
Firstly, a player cannot be considered dormant under these circumstances. The lack of activity on the account is directly attributable to the operators slow payment of due winnings. The player has no incentive to play, the objective of play being to win more money, when the operator is already struggling to pay the money they've won.
Secondly, this type of policy actively incentivizes the operator to stall payments of any significant win in the hopes that the dormancy period will pass and they can void a significant proportion of the balance.
The operator has refused to move on this issue and as such will be shifted to Blacklist status. Players should actively avoid playing with this group.

won around 18k on november 15 of 2016...still have over 6600 in pending payouts. have contacted finance chat about 40 times since and they have given me the same nonsense about "contacting their payment provider at the earliest" payments have always been slow but now have completely stopped for over 4 months, my last payout was 12/27/17. they have also given me excuses such as i am not an active player...despite not having paid me my balance from 2016....please help, at this point i do not know what else to do.
