Player's Complaint

Hi, I recently opened an account with Leo Vegas, won and tried to withdraw my money, they asked for photo id and a recent statement which I have provided, but they still haven't paid the money. I sent a email asking why this hasn't happened and they replied saying they have sent my proof to the relevant department. And they would be in touch, but haven't been in touch thanks [EDIT]

Hi alb80 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Before we can do anything to help you I need you to provide me with the username and email address you use at LeoVegas casino. Once I have those I'll contact the operator and see what I can find out.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi alb80,

I have received feedback from LeoVegas. They inform me that the issue relates to the following term:

"14. The maximum bet allowed when using a bonus (until wagering requirements are met) is £5 per bet. Failure to follow this may result in forfeiting any winnings."

According to LeoVegas you've made multiple wagers of £30, £40 and even £50.

If this is true there really is nothing that we can do to help you.

LeoVegas have stated that they'll contact you directly to discuss this issue further.
