Resolved - After some unexplained payment delays Let's Spin casino have paid this player in full. We consider this issue resolved.

Player's Complaint

Received a letter from LESSPIN to play at their casino with $50.00 and can win up to $500.00. After playing a day or so of playing got it up to almost $800.00 and then requested a withdraw of $500.00. I then saw it was pending. Let me clarify, the letter I received from them said I would have $50.00 to play with and I could win up to $500.00. That is why I asked to withdraw $500.00.

As the withdraw was pending I continued to play but since the winnings would be sent directly to a Master Card I then deposited $50.00 so my card was registered with them.

As I continued to play I have now built my bank up to $700.00.

It's been two days now and still no money from them and low and behold I cannot log on to the site. I tried all day so I thought I would try opening an account with another name and guess what " I COULD LOG IN ". Apparently if a person wins they will not pay and also stop you from logging in.

Beside the $500.00 I asked for I should still have roughly $700.00 in the account.

I also have the letter from them if you can use a copy.

Hi yellbird,

I've spoke with Let's Spin casino and they tell me basically the same thing they've told you - they are having technical issues that are preventing payouts.

As a standard I'd say if an operator doesn't intend to pay they won't offer excuses, they will either say they're not going to pay or simply not respond. My thoughts are that you will be paid, but it's going to take some time before that happens.

I have tried to press the operator for an estimate regarding when this issue will be resolved which they've been non-responsive to. That suggest to me that this is going to take a while to fix. All I can recommend is sitting tight and waiting this out and perhaps factoring this into your decision on where to play in future.

I'll keep chasing this and let you know when I have any more information.

Surprise of all surprises I got the money today, I did not get the $700 I had in the account but did get the $500 I had ask for withdraw.
