Player's Complaint

Hi ThePogg,

My username with LetsSpin casino: [EDIT]

I recently was mailed a flyer from Letsspin.com casino that I received a free $50 to play with so I thought why not? I played and lost all $50.

I was reading about their deposit and withdrawl policy and I saw that they do not require driver's license or any documentation. They only need you to make a deposit and they will withdrawl funds to the same card you use to deposit. Also, they say withdrawls are approved in one day and it takes two to three business days to show up in your account. I thought "Wow, that is different and not stressful. I'll try it out." I deposited $100. I did not do any bonus on my deposit. I got it up to $145. I decided to make a withdrawl. I entered the exact same card info I used to make the deposit and it shows withdrawl pending. That was on January 31st. Today is February 2nd and it still showed pending.

I went to their live chat feature and inquired about it. They said their system was rejecting the withdrawl to the info I entered. I asked if I should cancel and resubmit and they said yes. So I did. I waited a few hours and checked again. Still pending. I tried to check a bit later......Unable to log into my account. My first thought was "Did they delete my account?" I have the password saved in my browser so there's no way I'm typing it in wrong. I thought "What the heck? I guess I'll try the forgot password just in case". Nothing shows up in my inbox. So I write them an email explaining all this and I don't hear anything back. I go to their live chat again and "[EDIT]" informs me their casino is having issues then abruptly leaves the chat.

Very frustrated with all of this. Please let me know if you need any further info and I will provide whatever you need.

Thank you for your assistance!

Hi MillerTime - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Apologies for the delay. I am currently attending a couple of industry conferences as are most of the industry people that I'd talk to when a complaint comes up. I'll contact Let's Spin about this issue, but I don't anticipate receiving a response until everyone's back in the office towards the end of next week.

All the best,

ThePOGG

Follow up: I went to create a fake account to test the log in issue and discovered the United States is no longer a country listed when you sign up. Just wanted to let you know when you begin investigating if it helps.

Another follow up: I went to the live chat yesterday after I wasn't able to log back in because "[EDIT]" stated their site was down due to maintenance roughly a week ago. I spoke with "[EDIT]" this time and aired out my grievances. He was snarky with me saying they would have to take down their whole site to fix the servers and to give them another two days. I told him I was disappointed in the site which claims one day to approve withdraws and left. Today, I tested it again and now I am able to log on. I cancelled my withdraw and reentered it again for the same card I used to deposit with. I will see what happens next and let you know if I don't hear from you before that.

Hi MillerTime,

I've spoke with Let's Spin casino and they tell me basically the same thing they've told you - they are having technical issues that are preventing payouts.

As a standard I'd say if an operator doesn't intend to pay they won't offer excuses, they will either say they're not going to pay or simply not respond. My thoughts are that you will be paid, but it's going to take some time before that happens.

I have tried to press the operator for an estimate regarding when this issue will be resolved which they've been non-responsive to. That suggest to me that this is going to take a while to fix. All I can recommend is sitting tight and waiting this out and perhaps factoring this into your decision on where to play in future.

I'll keep chasing this and let you know when I have any more information.

Hi MillerTime,

Can I ask you to check your account for a payment? Another similar complaint against this operator has received the first part of their payment.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi ThePOGG,

I meant to follow up about my withdrawl. Long story short I did finally get my withdrawl. Now here's the long part of it. I logged into my account I believe Tuesday the 16th of Feb. I saw that my withdrawl had a tag of SUCCESS on Feb. 12th but it wasn't in my bank account. I asked their chat help about it and they said that once again there was an issue crediting my money so they redid my withdraw on the 16th. Two days later I finally received the withdraw on the 18th. Let me know if you need any further info for future cases.

Thank you!
