Resolved - A self-exclusion issue has been resolved and Live.Casino have now refunded this player's deposits.
Read our Live.Casino Review.
I was excluded and banned as per request at N1 casino for gambling addiction and legal demand for illegal jurisdiction from lawyer last year. Last Sept8 i relapsed and didnt realize that the new casino Live.casino is under the same company and license from N1 Interactive LTD. According to their page, self exclusion should bar me from creating any accounts and playing under the same license. Previously N1 casino has acknowledged my claim and refunded me of my deposit. Today Live.Casins last year. However Live.Casino insists their terms that they are separate casinos and they will not refund the 100 usd deposit. They said i have self excluded and will be blocked from their sub licenses after but today i tried to create another account at Slotwolf and i was able to register successfully. So they are lying about their exclusion policy.
Yes they were the same in all 3 casinos, N1casino live.casino and slotwolf. N1 has refunded but live.casino has refused.
Hi Babyshopph,
My understanding is that your refunds have now been processed. Could you please check and confirm receipt of your funds?
Thanks,
ThePOGG
Dear Sir i have not received any notification of any refund from live.casino. Thanks
I have checked with live.casinos customer support just now and they said they did not or will not issue any refund.
I have received the refund last Sept 17. Thank you for your help. This case is closed now.
Hi Babyshopph,

Hi babyshopph - welcome back!
As we are the ADR for the N1 Interactive Ltd license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.
You can find all the relevant information about this service here – http://thepogg.com/terms-of-use/ and the terms of use for our complaint service here - https://thepogg.com/terms-of-use-for-dispute-resolution-service/
To summarise.
– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .
– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.
– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).
– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.
If you have any questions about the above, let me know.
Moving on to your case specifically - did the details that you registered with SlotWolf and Live.Casino match those on your N1 account?
Thanks,
ThePOGG
