Lord of the Spins - misrepresentation

Ruling

Declined - This service does not contest losses based on lack of license alone. The relevant regulatory authority would be responsible for cases of this nature.

Player's Complaint

I have deposited in the region of $150 at this casino. I have been misled by the logos on their front page as I scrolled down and saw the GamCare and Gambleaware.co.uk at the bottom of their page. They are not UK licensed and I would like my deposits back due to this misrepresentation.

Hi sarahpogg - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

As detailed in our FAQs we do not deal with complaints looking to contest losses purely on the basis of lack of license. It is the responsibility of the regulatory authority to prevent unlicensed operators from accessing the market. If they cannot do that, we certainly will not be able to.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
