Lucky Creek - Would not pay me 9500.00
Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolve their issue on their own.

I tried to cashout on the 1st of June for 9500.00..I decided to cashout after I completed the huge playthru which I completed n it said I could withdraw the full amount of 9500.00..rach n every day n several times a day they gave me a series of reasons why they could complete my deposit..they said all they need is a utilities bill with my adress on it ..I said I didnt pay utilities ..but I could provide my up to date insurance policy and my ownership and my ontario health card..then they said a phone bill which I sent in m they said it was to foggy not clear enough so I took another pic n sent it..and then they refused to accept it n I then sent them my bank statement and other bank related documents with all of my info n also my drivers license..then on the 12 I had to ask them whatthe status was n they said they sent me only a 1000.00 because I was playing with bonus so they couldnt pay me any more than that..i however made a deposit and i was playing with my own money...they did not once ever mention out of more than 30 interactions with them that ther was any issues with my payout..
Except they needed a phone bill...n I also sent them that n then they said it dosnt look right...they only deposited 1000.00 to me on the 12th of june
