Lucky Spins Casino – not paying

Ruling

Resolved - We only made one attempt to contact Lucky Spin casino (which received no response. While we were waiting the player confirmed that they'd received payment and as such we're marking the case as 'Resolved'.

As a side not, this complaint brought to light a likely connection between Lucky Spins casino and EuroPlay casino. Certainly Lucky Spins are using the company that own EuroPlay to process financial transactions.

Player's Complaint

Hi Mr Pogg,

I'd like to submit a complaint against Lucky Spins Casino (Eveningstar Holding LTD) for not paying.

In short I participated last month in a promotion 50 $ of a no deposit bonus and managed to complete the wagering requirements.

I was asked to submit my documents and make a deposit 25$ to be able to withdrawal the 100$ winnings plus deposit. I made the deposit via neteller and since 27 of April the withdrawal is approved but I haven't received it. From the live chat support I was told that the withdrawal was paid, that it would be paid in 48 hours and today that I had to talk to supervisor who would be in 2 hours. Entered live chat after 2 hours but none came to talk. My username account in the casino is [EDIT].

I'm afraid that these are delaying tactics for not paying.

Hi wolf77 - welcome back!

As far as I can see Lucky Spins casino are owned by "Greatwin Holdings Ltd" and I haven't found any connection between this company and Eveningstar Holding LTD.

I'll contact Lucky Spins casino and see what I can find out.

I really appreciate you letting me know - I'll close this case as 'Resolved'.

I would agree with you, if your deposits were being processed by 'Eveningstar Holdings LTD' then it is highly likely that Lucky Spin casino are operated by or associated with the same people running EuroPlay casino (who hold a pretty bad reputation here).
