I have tried on numerous occasions to self exclude myself from this casino, and each time I receive a email saying I have to wait and not access my account from the 1st-30th of the month!

I have written and explained I have a addiction to gambling and they just won’t take it seriously, I have sent at least 7 emails explaining this.
