Its unreal after long discuss malinasports refused to pay my 2300 € winnings and just close my account.

i provide all docs requested , i answer skype call verification holding my id and answer stupid questions regarding bonus when i don t take any bonus ... how can u not pay my 2300 € of fair winnings???

i was slow answer questions cause i have audition problems since my accident. Can t believe that malinasports are having this behavior ;/ your argument is fraud ..fraud in what ? you can see clearly by skype thats me ...if they have doubts they should call again not keep my winnings and close account unfair.

i only deposit and bet with my own money bonus ...nothing..

anyway i will fight for this cause i don t do nothing wrong .

Please like regulator help me to recover my winnings .

Hi oroskobet,

I've reviewed the most recent verification call between yourself and the operator. Unfortunately we would agree with the operator that there are a number of factors based on that call that would suggest that you were not in fact the person controlling your account during this wagering activity. However, we do not agree with all points made by the operator in this respect and those we do are not enough in themselves that we feel that confident in asserting you unquestionably have not been the person controlling your account.

This is an unusual case where the evidence presented is enough that we have serious concerns regarding your activity, but there is not quite enough evidence that we're prepared to support the operator either. As such in this instance we're going to decline to give a ruling.
