Hello. Unfortunately i need to make a complain beacous I'm acussated to have 'Duplicated Account'. All my win it's confiscated. I don't have a second Account, It was an Account from my boyfriend. He's logged in on my Phone but he used his private email and password. He had also another bank Data(from first payment) It was a next Day, after my win. We have checked and read the Terms and Condition and there are no rule, that say no one can login from two different Account on one device. I can prove, that both login was from two different Accounts.Could you help me please, to get my money back. It was really big win and there are no grounds to do something like that in our opinion. Thank you very much.
