A short description of your claims: i was to a bbq with some friends and after that i went to play starburst at home on my pc and i got 3 rols of stars and after that i got the bar on the right side. my friends were watching with me and instead of giving me a big ammount of winnings i saw that the game took all my money away and put my account on 0- a similar thing happend a few days earlier with that same gaming site i won 40 euro when i came back the money was gone i asked what happend but nobody could explane to me why this happend, only 1 operator told me its due to a mistake in the bonus system so i complained about it and waited and waited til today to get a response from their tech guys but today i got email telling me they couldnt find a mistake and its my bad luck that the money is gone.
i think that this website and N1 wich is their big boss should loose their gaming licence. they should not have a right to operate anywhere [EDIT] what they are doing and i have proof of it all also in their system when you logged in you see a deference in your account money. they pretend its normal but its not normal is a big software issue
i happend to make screenshots of what happend and i got plenty of them i even taped the event as you can see i win a load of money and you hear a weird sound taking all my wins and money away. and setting my account to 0
