Found for the Player - Marathon Bet have informed us that they will not discuss this issue due to "data protection" laws. This is a false barrier that can be easily overcome.

Player's Complaint
Hello. My account was blocked because I allegedly use it not for the game. At first, I sure I used the account for the game. I don 't know more ways to use the account at the casino. Besides, what evidence does the casino have to? I want to see it. In the last letter, casino support wrote that they had "reason to believe" there was a breach. The assumption and suspicion is not yet a breach, so it doesn 't give them the right to pick up my winnings. Further, it seems suspicious to me that they block my account when I win a significant amount. I think it 's an attempt not to give me a legitimate win by deceptive means.

Sadly Marathon Bet have informed us that they will not work with us in the management of player complaints.
Their justification for this is "Data Protection", however this is a false barrier as we discussed in this article - The Data Protection Lie - Using a Legal Misdirection to Legitimise Bad Practice.
