Player's Complaint

March 11 deposited £30 for 35% bonus. Giving me a balance of £40.50 to play with.

Their terms state that maximum state is £2 of 5% of bonus.

Bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete. I play £2 stakes as none of the £40 balance could be withdrawn I assumed that I had bought into a £40 bonus balance with my £35 cash due to this. There is no example of this term on their site.

Hi elliotwbet - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this case. The terms are clear that it is the "lower of £2 of 5% of the BONUS". While I appreciate why you may have made this mistake, your deposited funds are not a bonus, so it would be 5% of £10.50 not 5% of £40.50.

Sorry we could not be of more help,

ThePOGG
