Megaslot - Rejected amounts written of my and credit on account


Found for the Casino - While this player should not have been required to turn over their deposits before being allowed to withdraw, the losses in question occurred when the player played far past the rollover requirements.

On the 27/28th may I played on megaslots.

A lot of deposits failed (status rejected on my account) where written from my bankaccount.

They credit the amount on my account and not on my bankaccount. I wanted to whitdrawl the amount (2300) All on rejected failures. But they rejected because of the wagerx3 on the deposits. They want me to play 6900 before I can withdrawl.

I did not realize that the rejected deposits where written from my bank until 29th may.

Hi Tilly013,

We've reviewed your claim and sadly we cannot uphold it.

You are correct that there was a delay in crediting your deposits. This was outside of the operator's control, but regardless, given the extended length of the delay it was reasonable for you to request an immediate withdrawal due to dissatisfaction with the service provided. The standard 3x rollover should have been waived in this instance and your funds returned.

However, having reviewed your play, you completed the €6900 rollover requirement with a balance of €2794.29. You were not any worse off at this point. Play after this point was at your own discretion as you could have withdrawn at any time. You proceeded to wager a further ~€16000 at stakes that increased in risk from the previously play (max bet on first €6900 was €15, max bet on subsequent play was €50). Effectively, there was nothing to stop you cashing out with nearly €500 in profit and while there was a customer service issue the operator cannot be faulted for your decision to play on past the rollover requirement.
