Mighty Slots – Refusal to pay winnings out

Found for the Player - Mighty Slots have again failed to offer any response to this complaint. This is the single most complained about group with our service.

Player's Complaint

So I received an email with Code 1000Free to play and wager 1000, witch I did. I played and after the wager, I won and requested payout of 1500. I then sent an email, wanting to know how long it takes for a payout to be processed. The agent, [EDIT], then said when its been approved, it takes 7 - 10 working days. However, she then told me that they are not going to payout because it was only supposed to be played on the game Achilles. But nowhere in the email did it state that 1000free is to be played on that game. In fact, a few games were open to be played. The games that could not be played were locked. I stuck to the terms but on my request was told I breached it and that us an absolute lie. Should I just now except that I'm not getting the "pending payout", for which I even have a trace nr? I think its only fair that I get my winnings. Please help.

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with an operator that are unlicensed, non-responsive to complaints posted at this site and well known for non-payment issues. As such it's very unlikely that we'll be able to do anything to help you.

Hi Riri200,

Unfortunately, after repeated efforts to contact MightSlots about this issue we've received no response what-so-ever from the operator. At this stage we have no reasonable expectation of receiving a response.

As this operator has no licensing or regulation to speak of we can't direct you to any authority to complain to. We do have an address that may be associated with this operators holdings in Cyprus. If you're interested in pursuing legal action to recover your funds email me at webmaster@thepogg.com and I'll pass this information on, though we won't be able to give you any other advice regarding how to go about this.
