Player's Complaint

My problem is the same as I've seen others with this site in not paying . I've been patient with them for a withdrawal since the 29th of April 2015. I've called getting the same spill that they are over whelmed with withdrawals so now its almost 8 months and I'd like to know if they are going to really do anything so I can stop calling them and they keep prevaricating to me. My winnings were for $2800, after so many months (3) I played back the $800 and lost it real quick, thinking they'd be glad to release the rest. But I keep getting the same story each time I call. All documents are in Twice and they've acknowledged that they were there and in order. So If you are able to inter-seed, I would be thankful. The now withdrawal is $2000 with waived transfer fees. To update you - it appears that this group has gone back to being totally non-responsive to our communications. I've tried on several occassions to get information about your issue with no success. I'm going to keep trying for a while longer, but I no longer have any great hopes of success.

After another month of trying to contact Mighty Slots unfortunately we’ve made no progress. At this stage I’m assuming you haven’t received your payment. There’s really nothing further we can do to help you.

If we manage to re-establish communication with this group further down the road I will raise this issue with them, but until that point all we can do is warn other players about the issue.
