Resolved - After an extended payment delay, Mighty Slots paid this player in full.
I've been trying to make a withdrawal from my Mighty Slots account since Feb 5, 2015. My username there is [EDIT].
The withdrawal is for 1,650.00 US Dollars minus a 75 Dollar wire transfer fee. My name is [EDIT]. The withdrawal request has a reference number and my account is in good order. Mighty Slots has my approved copies of my IDs and address - copies of mail to me. Deposits from my checking account to Mighty Slots are quickly taken from my account . Please see if you can help. Get withdrawal request completed and wired to my account. My phone and live chat request with them kept me hoping the wire transfer would be in my account. Thanks [EDIT] - email [EDIT]
Hi Roberbaron,
I've heard back from Mighty Slots casino. Apparently the delays were due to the address on your driving license not matching the address on your account.
I've been told that they are now looking to approve your withdrawal though how long this process is likely to take I could give no advice on.

Still trying to get my withdrawal wired to my account. It's almost been 3 months since I started this withdrawal request. I made sure the fax back form and copies of my id and proof of address and bank account info was in order in early February, still waiting on withdrawal to be wired to my bank and sending occasional emails requesting my funds. [EDIT] --- Roberbaron
Hi Roberbaron,
I'll contact Mighty Slots again and ask about this, but I've got to be frank I don't expect any progress. This group are entirely inconsistent in their responses and in my opinion they only respond at all to make it appear like they do something. I don't think dialogue with them actually make it any more likely that a player will be paid or that a withdrawal will come through sooner.

Hi Roberbaron,
I'm going to post the last two responses I've had about your complaint below;
8th of AprilHi [THEPOGG],
There was a hold-up on approving this withdrawal request because the address in his drivers license is not matching the address he provided upon sign up.
I already asked accounting to approve his documents and withdrawal request since he was able to meet the terms of the bonus he used. This will be done within 24 hours.
Thanks,
[MIGHTY SLOTS REP]
30th of AprilHi [THEPOGG],
Withdrawal request of this player has been approved today. We will contact him tomorrow to collect his bank details.
Sincerely,
[MIGHTY SLOTS REP]
As you'll be able to see from the above, the information I'm getting from this group is inconsistent with what they're actually doing. Has your withdrawal been approved this time? I really couldn't say.

Hi Roberbaron,
Has Mighty Slots been in contact to get your bank details?
Thanks,
ThePOGG
Hi Roberbaron, I've just been in contact with Mighty Slots regarding your issue and they inform me that your payment was sent to your [EDIT] bank account last week. They are going to try to phone you today to confirm receipt. If you could let me know if you've received your funds I'll take the appropriate action. Thanks, ThePOGG
Hi Roberbaron,
If I've not heard back from you by Friday the 5th of June I'll assume you've received your funds and close this complaint as Resolved.
Thanks,
ThePOGG

Hi Roberbaron - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
I'll be happy to try and contact Mighty Slots for you, but I will state in advance that payment issues with this group are commonplace. It regularly takes 6-12 months (sometimes longer) for funds to come through, if indeed they ever do.
I'll let you know if I hear anything back.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
