That happened about 4 weeks ago and i think they need identify me better for problematic gambler and ask source of funds

That happenede about 4-5 weeks ago. I open account to site and start playing instant with thousands and everytime i lost i try to chase loses back and at some point when all moneys are gone i realised that i was played about 40000€ and casino didnt make anything to stop my tilt then i send messages to support and tell this same to them.

Were you asked upon opening an account to set limits?
Were you asked to provide verification documenation at any point?
Did you receive any pop-up notifications about the time you had been playing, the amount you had lost or giving information on responsible gambling?
What did the operator say to you when you contacted them about this matter?

Only id card as far as I can recollect

they said that they don't think they did anything wrong, so they can't return the money
