Moore Games - "technical error" @Mooregames. Took 893 € from my account

Moore Games have been added to our Blacklist. After a series of very worrying complaints - at least one of which they were shown to have retroactively changed the rules to justify confiscating a player's winnings - they appear to have closed, disappearing and taking all player funds with them.

Player's Complaint

Hi!

I took a "double the double" bonus at mooregames. It meant that they double the winning odds if both German teams will win their first semifinal matches in UCL. I bet 55€ for odds 5,1 and won thus 562€. T&C claimed that I have to wager 2 times my winnings and wager. However I placed several bets and wagered 1122€. Then I asked support if I have met wagering requirements. (I was unsure if I have wager just 1122€ or 1232€). However the support said that I have to wager 110€ more. Since then I was unable to place any bets due to "technical error" that occurred every time I tried to open sportsbook. It is weird because when I was not logged in I was able to load their sportsbook page but when I logged in, the error occurred every time. In addition the error occurred at every computer and browser I tried to open their sportsbook. I tried to place bets from four different computer and a couple of browsers but the error occurred every time when I was logged in. When logged out, sportsbook worked normally every time. Because of that I contacted Moore Games` technical support that said that the problem is with me and that their servers are working normally. The only assistance they said was that I have to wait until the problem has disappeared itself. Due to that I was unable to wager that 110€ that was needed to fulfill my wagering requirement and after a couple of days they have took 893€ (bonus and winnings) from my account according to their bonus rules.

I have consulted a couple of gambling forums and communities and they have said that this case is strange. I have pictures in my computer providing the error that occurred when I was logged in and that prevented me to place any bets. Here is a comment I got from AskGamblers and they are saying that the error is not with me:

"I consult my colleagues and they said that the error is not with you. This is what he said:" According to the messages they have JavaScript errors in the code, it tries to communicate between iframes, because of security browser does not allow that. How come this is happening to him, and not others, I do not know, maybe to try to use another browser or asks in a forum or somewhere for help."

All in all. If the this "technical error" is not my fault. Is there any way to get my money back somehow? I did not wagered enough in 5 days but without this problem I would have been easily able to wager that 110€ that was left towards wagering requirements. I have also pictures providing that I was unable to open their sportsbook when logged in but when not logged in, the sportsbook worked normally. Hopefully someone of you could give assistance with this issue.

I have also contacted Moore´s support and asked why they have voided my money but I am still unable to place bets but I have not had an answer yet. I will forward that response also to you if I will get one.

Hi Iletus,

I think by this point, as the Moore Games site has now been down for a couple of weeks, it's time to accept that this group have shut up shop and have no intention of paying any of their players.

I'm really sorry there wasn't more that I could do to help you with this horrible situation.
