Mr Bit - Trustly Withdrawals not received

I have made two withdrawals with mrbit. Both missing. And after complaining and showing my bank statement, one week later they credited one of the withdrawals back to my account.
Now a withdrawal of 29.50€ is still missing. It's not credited back to my account and not paid out.
Mrbit already sent some requests to the finance department but they are not resolving anything it seems.
They tell me my bank Account is the problem and is not able to receive incoming transfers. Of course that can not be true. I have received incoming transfers with this bank account. I asked Trustly support to investigate and help, but they can't do anything. I have to contact the merchant they say.
I have reached out to the costumer support of mrbit a lot of times. They have to check with the financial department, which amounted to a lot of waiting and no resolution. I've provided the costumer support bank my complete bank statement of July and online banking account screenshots with the deposits made, showing that no money arrived from Trustly. They asked for more screenshots and more statements which leads to nothing and more waiting. What else can I do?
On August 13th I have made some More withdrawals and I am afraid and almost sure they will not be paid out too no matter how long I wait.
