I withdrew my winnings and it says hey processed it on the 2/2/19 but I will have not received my winnings. I have called them several times and emailed but I am not getting a response from them. Can you help please. I didn’t take a bonus so the winnings are total all mine

Hi george20 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Firstly, as a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators with a UKGC license. Mr James do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

With regard to your issue - I think you're submitting a complaint a little prematurely. This is a non-regulated group and withdrawals are likely to take a few weeks to pay. If you've not received your funds by Monday the 18th let us know and I'll try to contact the operator on your behalf.
