Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Mr Sloty to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Player's Complaint

Came across the site via an email and last year and played without issue. Been KYC verified for over a year, withdrew £5000 on 18th December 2023 after making around £3000 worth of deposits

Withdrawal stuck at “awaiting user request” status. No response to emails at all and chat keeps getting closed or being told to be patient.

Received a text to say they have changed domains to mrsloty1.com and emails changed to @mrsloty1.com but still no response!

Hadn’t even realised it wasn’t a uk site or unlicenced until I started to look what why my withdrawal isn’t being processed or failing to get a response. Feel sick

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Mr Sloty does not hold a UKGC license and as such is breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

Thank you for trying. Unfortunately the bank don’t seem to want to help with a chargeback so it’s an expensive lesson.
