I was allowed to open an account with mr superplay casino an deposit £450 over two nights whilst I’m registered to gamstop without any interruptions from the casino what so ever if it wasn’t for me coming to my senses an thinking enoughs enoughs an I live chatted them an told them iv got a serious gambling problem am I registered on gamstop, I’d still be gambling away now uninterrupted on there site, I don’t understand how I was allowed to even get past registration never mind deposited £450, My name address an date of birth was exactly same as my gamstop certificate, so how didn’t I get flagged up? My passport was verified by them I feel I deserve my deposits back at least, They knew what they was doing an they let deposits after deposits without any intervention whatsoever, there refusing me my deposits because they said I used a different surname that’s why I’m they didn’t detect me on registration, but iv got my details on screenshot what I registered with, also live chats from them offering me several bonus’s instead of asking if I wanted to take a break or even the slightest concern of how wreckless I was being, my activity an deposits are on the screenshots anyway

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. The UKGC reserve management of this type of complaint issue to their own team. All we could do is suggest you contact the regulator.
