MrWin – bonus rollover

Found for the Casino - All sportsbooks reserve the right to limit the amount a player can wager on events. As long as this doesn't make completing a bonus impractical there's not ground for our intervention.

Player's Complaint

Hi, I have used their 100€ first deposit bonus for sportsbook, placed a few bets normally for around 100€ and now they have limited all of my bets from 1-5€ and I have to roll over more than 2000€ to be able to withdraw my money. I have contacted them and they have told me that their betting provider is EveryMatrix and there is nothing they can do about it. What do they expect me to do, place 1000 bets for 2€, this is a total scam, can you help me with anything?

Thank you

Hi cmauh258 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately it looks like EveryMatrix have concluded that you're looking to use their sportsbook to make profit rather than for entertainment. That fits with both your bet size and the limitations that have been put in place.

Every sportsbook retains the right to set their own limits. Given that your maximum bet is €5 you would only need to place 200 bets, not 1000.

While we can speak to them about this, the only thing we're likely to be able to do for you is to get your deposit returned if you're wanting to close your account. 200 bets isn't quick, but neither is it impossible.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
