I'm afraid to say that I'm not really understanding your claim here.

You've submitted a claim for $1500. From the screenshot you send through you appear to be playing $1-2/hand. Are you saying that the casino has frozen 750-1500 times, you've lost all of those bets when the hand resumed, and you've continued to play?

The truth here is that, if the operator were to be responsive, we would need to be able to present a legitimate argument for the return of funds. Saying 'the games have frozen and the player doesn't like the outcome' isn't going to fly. We'd need a significant sample and some sound ground to believe that the game errors have resulted in an unfair experience.
