Player's Complaint

In short

I had a technical problem with the casino on 03-04-2017.

My bonus did not wager but was stuck resulting in a situation were i could not withdraw unless i forfeited my winnings.

This was an acknowledged error and was later fixed by costumer support. Resulting that i lost lots of money because i was fooled thinking i still had to wager to unlock the bonus. And next to that i did not get any loyalty points during the session and in my believe i did payed for a working site meaning i also had the right to gain loyalty as i was playing.

Then on 21-04-2017 I made some new deposits. While i was playing i noticed that again the bonus amount was stuck on 0.2 cents during the whole session. And looked at my loyalty points and saw it was also stuck and i did not gained points. at this point i was very disappointed. And informed costumer support of the situation. i did not get a response yet. At some points i could have withdrawn more winnings than my deposits. But because i was fooled thinking i still had to wager i played on. My request to myjackpotcasino is that i would get a cashback of the sessions. The reason i believe i am entitled to a refund is that. During these sessions i could not withdraw and was not gaining my loyalty. The total amount i had deposited during these session was 775 euro

I will upload screenshots i made of this system being stuck. And in case you where wondering i clear my browser completely every week. And i played on both mobile and desktop.

Hi.

Sorry for the late response the email was in my spam folder.

The emails i exchanged with myjackpot casino are in dutch.

And also i filled the same complaint trough MGA. is it good to also continue the complaint here ?.

Small update the casino now try`s to put the blame on the game distributeur.

but the games work fine its their website that is not functioning properly.

Could this be a trick to blame them for it ?.
