Hi Team,

I request you to kindly refund all my deposits (in excess of 55,000 Euros deposited since 31st Dec 2023 to 11th Jan 2024 as the responsible gaming tools did not work and I have netted a huge loss putting my financial situation at - very very high risk.

I had won 50,000 Euros as of 6th Jan but was unable to withdraw the funds due to the policies as well as place account/stake limits and ended up losing and more on your virtual sports games.

I do not want to get into a blame game here,but request you to seriously consider my financial and emotional state and refund my entire deposit amount ASAP owing to my financial and emotional state. I tried contacting via the chat function but the team was insensitive and asked to contact the team via the email id. They did not consider the seriousness of the matter despite pleading about the same. Please consider the seriousness and take responsibility. Kindly reverse my deposits and we can close the conversation here,you would have saved a valuable life. My account is closed and I am already excluded from major betting sites.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with a weakly licensed/unlicensed property. These operators function without appropriate licensing specifically so they do not have to adhere to the standards set out by regulatory authorities surrounding the protection of vulnerable players. As such, the chances of them deciding to take appropriate action in a case like this simply because we asked them to is vanishingly small.
