Hello, i have a problem with n1casino. I took 200% bonus last saturday (29.06.2019) and managed to complete the wager. After that i tried to withdraw money (1200euro after wager) and sent them documents which they approved. Next day they sent me e-mail that my account was flagged due duplicated accounts and they wanted explanation why i had 2 accounts. The reason why "i" have 2 accounts is that my friend came to my place and he took own bonus before coming on his phone and then he played on my laptop. After he lost his bet i also wanted to do deposit with bonus on my own account which i made on my laptop. Now they are saying that we made 2 accounts in same ip, but we didnt. We only played with same laptop. N1casino's T&C doesn't say that you cannot play with same ip, it only says that you cannot create or take more than 1 bonus per ip.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. If both accounts have claimed the same bonus and played from the same IP address I'm afraid you've breached terms and the operator are within their rights to void play.
