I received a promotion, 100% Cash back if I lost my deposit up to 20 €, I deposited 25, lost it, and I asked for the cash back on the livechat and I received 20 euro bonus which I had to wager 50 times?

THEN... I came on chat, explaining I should receive a cash back and no bonus funds, asking for the terms and conditions where is states (THERE IS NOTHING ABOUT CASH BACK ON THE T & C ) and the support do not react in a friendly way AT ALL and I feel like they are taking a piss..

what happened is.. I played live casino, 3 bets in total because I thought It was CASH as its a CASHBACK : 11 euro, 12 euro and 13 euro on live casino, I managed to receive 118 euro in total, i went on chat as I could not cash it out, and they told me I have to wager it 50 times and because I played more than 5 euro per bet, my bonus will be taken away..... You understand now that I am furious, they removed the 118 bonus and re added the 20 euro bonus but I should receive my 118 euro CASH balance back... this is ridiculous.. please check this for me as this makes me feel like this is all a scam

unbelievable.. I expect the 118 on my bank or on my account [EDIT]

So I did contact the LiveChat after I lost, and nothing, they gave me 20 euro in bonus funds which I had to wager 50 times. I played on live casino as in first I thought obviously its cash so I played higher bets on live casino, and it was taken away. please let me know what you can do as I wanted 118 euro to cash out
