Hello, I have the following problem. A few days ago I have done a deposit of 50€ with a 100% Bonus at the N1 Casino. Luckily I have completed the wager and the N1 Casino does not want to transfer me the money. In the following ticket they said, that their security system has flagged my account as an IP duplicate but I only have one account with one email registered at the N1 Casino. I played on several devices at the same household (Laptop, Smartphone) but this should not be the problem here.
