Omni – requests documents to the Phillipines

Omnicasino decided to request a notarized ID from me after I won 1070 Euro. Before that I had already cashed out once without this requirement. Anyway I sent the document via e-mail but they want to have it via ground mail. So I sent the document with Deutsche Post to the Phillipines. Apparently it is stuck in Makati CPO and not delivered. I have sent another mail but to no avail, it is stuck in Makati CPO office as well. Omnicasino refuses to pick them up from the local post office.

I do not know why the post is not delivered but I suspect some sort of corruption here because even in a developing country one mail out of 2 should be delivered, especially for a very simple route. My account number at Omnicasino is [EDIT].
