Ruling

Resolved - After an extended delay Pamper casino finally paid this player.

During the investigation of this complaint it came to light that Pamper casino were offering fake Playtech games (confirmed by Playtech) and as such have now been moved to our Blacklist.

Player's Complaint

On the 11th June, after wagering a bónus I obtained winnings of $735 which I requested to withdraw. On the 26th June, the Casino declined my request by aledging I didn´t wagered the bónus. It happens they were confusing bonuses. On the 29th, the situation was cleared and the request reaccepted. On the 7th July, they requested for documents which I sent on the same day. Despite some insisting from me, they didn't give me any news about the issue which takes more than a month delay.

Hi ruisotto - welcome back!

I have to say that I don't understand at all how this has happened. You submitted a complaint about AC casino - the sister property to Pamper casino - in February this year after not having received a payment from this group that was submitted in December. You did not receive your funds until the end of May! That's a 6 MONTH withdrawal period.

From the looks of your complaint, after this experience you immediately went back (within days) and played again.

Given the above I have to assume that waiting 6 months to receive your funds did not bother you all that much, so why are you complaining again after only a month?

Alongside the above, I specifically stated during your last complaint that this was a group that had a pretty negative history and should be avoided.

We had no success in getting the casino to do anything to help you last time round, I'm not sure what you're expecting us to do here?

The bottom line is that if you're not prepared to listen to our advice regarding which casinos you should play with, when things go wrong it's highly unlikely we're going to be able to help you.

If you provide us with your username and email address at Pamper casino I'll try to contact the casino, but I will state at the outset that I do not expect to be able to get you paid any quicker than last time.

I've tried repeatedly to reach Pamper casino about this issue with no success. I've given them till Friday the 11th of September to offer a response or this complaint will be closed in favour of the player.

Hi ruisotto - thanks for letting us know. We finally got a response from Pamper casino yesterday.

I hope you'll reconsider playing with this group now.

During the investigation of this complaint it came to our attention that Pamper casino were offering both Playtech and Microgaming slots games. Given that they accept US traffic our understanding was that this shouldn't be possible.

When we contact Playtech they informed us that the games were not genuine Playtech games. These have since been removed.

When we contacted Microgaming we were informed that while these were genuine Microgaming games, this casino should not have access to them. Again the games have since been removed.

They sent a basic response stating that they wanted me to forward the details of the complaint. I forwarded the details and have not heard anything further.
