Pink Casino – Bonus issue

Resolved - The player has been non-responsive to our repeated efforts to ask them for further information. As such we assume they've resolved their issue.

Player's Complaint

Last night I started playing at Pink Casino created a new account, and deposited a total of £500. By playing Blackjack, I took this amount up to approximately £730, using my own money rather than any bonus funds to win this amount. When I then tried to withdraw this amount it wouldn't let me. I then noticed there was a bonus added on my account (something like a £1 bonus to pay 10x wins on slots, I never play slots only blackjack), which I have no record of accepting. I clicked on "No Thanks" on the bonus options when creating my account, so I thought this was a mistake and selected to remove this bonus. When I did this my money of £730 also disappeared.

This is very concerning as I feel my money has been stolen off me.

Could you please look into this and get this resolved asap, I would like my money back.
