Player's Complaint

I kept receiving emails to join this casino with 100% deposit bonus I deposited £10 and instantly got a I.d verify email so I sent passport.council tax bill and tenancy agreement I won £300 which it wont let me withdraw and the verification team contacted me saying they could not verify me and my winnings are void and account closed and to self exclude from there sister sites..I emailed back why is this and I have more I.d if required I received a email response saying they didn't have to give reason.my account when I log in is still open and my winning cash funds are still showing at £300 cash balance
