Player's Complaint

17.9.2021 I was playing casino games at Pipecasino. I took part of welcome bonus. I made deposit of 100e and got bonus money of 100e. I wagered successfully the bonus and after that my balance was 1700 euros. I sent the documents and my account was verified quickly. So everything is ok with my account but the withdrawal has been pending since 18.9.2021.

I have asked very many times via email and live chat about the situation of withdrawal. The answer has been every time this same, like last time 31.10.2021:

"Dear [EDIT],

Your withdrawal is still on the administration`s approval and will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Sorry about that!

Best regards,

Pipe Casino Support Team"
