Player's Complaint

I have a withdrawl I requested late in July and still no payout. I have request in for 2350.00 and 660 of it is bonus. I was expecting roughly 1690.00. Planet 7 has already confirmed documents and wire transfer information as they have confirmed via email to me. Even if they payout, they still are up on me as i believe I have gambled roughly 3900.00 there. Any help would be appreciated, Thank you
