Player's Complaint


On 5/17/20 I sent documentation to have my winnings of $7500 wire transferred to my bank. I was to be contacted within 5 business days. I had sent documents once before and got the runaround that the documents were not readable. So, I made sure they were. I did the online security check and followed every rule. I contacted them again and they sent me and email on 6/8/20 stating all my documents were good and I should hear from someone within 5 business days. It is now 07/16/20 and the money is back in the casino as a withdrawable amount. I contacted customer service tonight and once again they said I need to send request the money as a withdraw and resend all documents. You helped me once before to get my money and I am hoping you can once again. Here is a text copy of the email showing all documents were accepted.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
