I have a withdrawal in process for several months. I have negotiated all the approvals and all the documentation received and approved. The withdrawal is apparently waiting on finance department. I have asked for the withdrawal to be escalated 5 times, and after 4 requests; I am now getting consistent evidence that finally it has been escalated, but that has now been 3 weeks. So it's taken 3 months to get to this point and now it appears I can do nothing to move it forward. Ever contact asks for patience and " everyone will get their money " At my wits end with this. My advise is to avoid Planet7 - there are tons on legitimate online casino out there! Please any help in retrieving funds would be appreciated.

Unfortunately you're complaining about a group that effectively unregulated and who are well known for very long payment delays. There are literally thousands of reports about these problems scattered about online.
Alongside this, this group are Blacklisted with us due to these issues so we have limited leverage with which to achieve anything.
This group's rep goes through periods of being responsive and resolving issued then disappears for several months. At the present time we're in the middle of a non-responsive cycle. We will try to contact the operator for you, but you need to understand that this is likely to be a very slow process.
