On June 30, 2019 I withdrew $2100, net $1858 after bonus was removed. My withdrawal was approved on July 12, 2019. I had requested a withdrawal by wire transfer. (I had been playing with Planet 7 for about 6-7 years and had received both checks and wire transfers to the same bank I requested this time.) I didn't hear from Planet 7 for about a month so I contacted them by email, they replied that I had to fill out a wire transfer form which I did. They wanted a swift code for my bank which it does not have, so I said if it was a problem, they could send me a check. We went back and forth with this, they said they couldn't send a check, I emailed with [EDIT] [email protected] and [EDIT] [EDIT] who insisted I needed a swift code (although I had received wire transfers without a swift code in the past) and also told me I could not get a check. I don't understand why they will not send a check!
This is so ridiculous. I had been a loyal customer of Planet 7 and spent quite a bit of money over the years. I never had a problem getting a payout before this. I hope you can help me get my money and I appreciate your help.
