Player's Complaint

Planet 7 is ignoring all emails, livechat and even left me on hold gif 14 minutes before the live cut out then didn’t return my call when I let a msg. The last time they acknowledged me was via email advising they would process my refund but that was 2 weeks ago and now they keep ignoring me.
