Player's Complaint

I tried to withdraw my money $1020 NZ on 29/8/20. A chat transcript (30/8 with [EDIT]) shows they were processing my request. I also explicitly state that my account is not to be closed until my funds have been deposited. Unfortunately, they have closed my account and will not respond to my emails - except for two automated emails where they state they will get back to me within 3 - 5 working days (one said 3 days, the other, 5 days)

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
