I Won 2103,75€ in Platincasino last spring. I used the bonuscode to reload bonus.
They withdrawed 1603,75 € for me and took 500,00€ to reserved/frozen (''Varattu'' in Finnish). I tried to ask them via email but havent got any answer. What I can do?
Has not given any reason and does not respond to the matter by e-mail. In the account transactions of my casino account, it says only €500 reserved

I have tried but their live chat doesnt work. I have quequed couple times 2-3 hours but It only says my position is 1 or 2 on the queue…

I've spoken to the operator who inform us that you received a payment of €1500 on the 3rd of April and a further payment of €500 on the 6th of April both to your Trustly account. You subsequently played with and lost the remaining €103.75.
Can you please check your Trustly account, and if you do not believe you have received these payments let us know.

Thank you I found the 500 € now with that date. I was confused because it is still reserved/varattu on the casino payment history but money received so all good, thank you!
