they just dont want to confirm my withdrawl even though i did pay out winnings in the past times.they want information about a credit card that i do not even have activ anymore and cant barely bring this information up.they tell me my passport is not valid what is non sense.it is just insane writing with the support and please them for help.
can please someone [EDIT] and help me to get my money!?
i am sorry but my english is very poor.i got the chat saved in detailed word but it is in german.
they want a foto of the creditcards wich i used to deposit.i only got one left the second i just lost last year and i only got an email that it was blocked because of no transactions in the past time.this e-mail i uploaded at the veryfication center.
they just decline the fotos where all is shown of my credit card where i made the last deposit.I uploaded fotos of this card in all variations.even with the secure code and all digits.u can also see my signature on it where u can compare the signature with my travelpassport. they dont accpet it and cancel the withdrawl request now for days and about ten requests!!
it is just Psycho Terror and i slowly hate these scumbags who are working there!

no clear ones.they tell me they want to see the first four digits and the last six on both sides of the card.they also want to see a signature.yesterday they told me again very unpolite like they can not see anything at all on my uploaded fotos because it is to blurry or whatsoever.they are every time tell nothing exactly and something else.i made round about 30 pictures in all light conditions and from different perspectives of the card.with the asked numbers and more.they just declining and drive me insane.and here is the point they dont want to help at all what to do better or be certain and give sh** when u complain.they just steal your time and nerves.
really poor humans who work there,i also wrote this to them but it made things even worser it seems...
this is just ridicoulus.i would not complain and ask for help here if i am not be sure they are fooling me.
i am a customer for years there.played there a lot.made transactions with my bankaccount which was before veryfied and probably also made withdrawls on it.they got original pdf of my new creditcard where they want to know more details where they can see it is my property.and like i said i send now about 50 pics of this card where u can see my name and signature but they just refuse uns be unpolite not clear what is missing or just lie after asking what is missing.

Thanks for your email. These photos all have a degree of blurring. For verification purposes you need to provide clear and sharp pictures. Anything else will result in the document being declined.
I would recommend a well lit room, taking photos straight on, trying with both flash on and off, cleaning the lens of your camera, trying at different distances from the document (further away is less likely to blur and zooming in will still allow the information to be clearly seen) or if all else fails, trying a different device to take the photos.

Verification photos by nature have to be crystal clear. Blurring invalidates any submission and as already directed, the phots you have sent to us do not meet this standard.
