Resolved - the delayed in payment to the player was due to an incomplete security verification phone call. Once that was completed the funds were transferred in a timely manner.

Joined on 13 august and deposited and wagered 30 pound and won 35 deposited another 50 but wasn't aware you had to wager it once to withdraw so i made a withdrawal request. Was told to send id for verification purposes which i did then i contacted them several times about withdrawal. Was told to contact live help who told me to come back when someone else was there. The live help chats i was talking to repeatedly told me my money would be there in few days and never was. Communicated by email for few days and then they stopped replying. Then this week i contacted live help and was told i hadn't met wagering requirements i needed to wager 11 pound and then i could make a withdrawal which would go through in 24 hours he said. I did this and then withdrew. I have been back on the account today to ask when i will receive my money and first was told i hadn't met wagering requirements, when in fact i wagered well over 30 pound 2 nights ago and then i was told i would have to come back on Sunday and talk to a manager before i can withdraw. All i want to know is are they ever going to pay out or are they going to keep making excuses? If it would have been explained to me in the first place months ago that i needed to wager 11 pound i would of done and now they seem to be putting off paying out still.
