Play2Win - withdrawal problems

Resolved - the delayed in payment to the player was due to an incomplete security verification phone call. Once that was completed the funds were transferred in a timely manner.

Player's Complaint

Joined on 13 august and deposited and wagered 30 pound and won 35 deposited another 50 but wasn't aware you had to wager it once to withdraw so i made a withdrawal request. Was told to send id for verification purposes which i did then i contacted them several times about withdrawal. Was told to contact live help who told me to come back when someone else was there. The live help chats i was talking to repeatedly told me my money would be there in few days and never was. Communicated by email for few days and then they stopped replying. Then this week i contacted live help and was told i hadn't met wagering requirements i needed to wager 11 pound and then i could make a withdrawal which would go through in 24 hours he said. I did this and then withdrew. I have been back on the account today to ask when i will receive my money and first was told i hadn't met wagering requirements, when in fact i wagered well over 30 pound 2 nights ago and then i was told i would have to come back on Sunday and talk to a manager before i can withdraw. All i want to know is are they ever going to pay out or are they going to keep making excuses? If it would have been explained to me in the first place months ago that i needed to wager 11 pound i would of done and now they seem to be putting off paying out still.

the user name is [EDIT] and the email address is [EDIT]. They also stated that they have been trying to contact me by email and phone when in fact my last 3 emails to them have gone unanswered and they have not called me once.

Hi bazsco - thanks for getting in contact.

I'll contact Play2Win casino management tomorrow and find out what the situation is for you.

Hi bazsco,

I've just heard back from Play2Win management. They inform me that your deposits were made to claim cashback from an affiliate site, but to do so required you to actually wager the money before withdrawals would be honored. This matches what you stated about your deposit.

Alongside this, before any payout can be made you have to comply with a security verification phone call. This has to be done to the number you registered on your account at the time you signed up. If you provide me with a series of convenient times that the casino could call you to verify your details, I'll pass this on to their management and hopefully we can get this issue resolved.

Hi bazsco,

Play2Win management contacted me yesterday to inform me that the security verification phone call had been complete and that they'd released the funds to you. This means that you should receive the money within the standard withdrawal time frame. Please update me when the money his your account.
