Player's Complaint

Welcome pogg! I forgot to fill in the date of birth when registering in the casino playmillion.com, then the updated data. playmillion.com removed my win 100 GBP. I think it's unfair to the other casinos have no such problems, if the player has made a mistake during the registration.

after receiving the documents casino bug fixes and no problem. In playmillion.com in the casino cashier is a function of the data changes, I corrected the error and provided proof of his passport data. That is their right.

pogg! All casinos correct information in obtaining the documents. They have a casino registration in English will always be errors with the translation of the text, they are used to cancel the payment. Hi Cleopatra79,

I've now had no response to 3 successive attempts to communicate with PlayMillion casino. Unfortunately this is far from unexpected - SkillOnNet as a group have decided that they will not communicate with this site regarding any complaints.This is a recent decision after a host of positively resolved complaints after we confirmed that they would at no point be considered for removal from our Blacklist (they were caught using non-random games).

All I can suggest is trying CasinoMeister.com who are currently working with some SkillOnNet casinos.

Sorry I can't be of further help.
