Posh Casino – Delayed Payments


Found for the Player - Posh Casino have once again offered no response what-so-ever to this complaint. As such we cannot help the player.

Player's Complaint

Back in August, I won over $50,000 from Posh casino. On 8/30, I received the first payment. Since then I have been lucky to get a payment once a month. That would mean I might finish getting my payments by this time next year.

My issue is, I was informed that if I wanted my payments to come faster, they would advise that I continue to deposit money. Why would I do that when I can't get paid in a reasonable time frame for the money I have won so far?

I like playing at the casino and would like to continue but would like to see my payments occur more than once a month.

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with a group that have been entirely unresponsive to complaints posted with this service and who don't appear to hold any gambling license.

I'll try and contact the operator for you, but want to be clear from the start that it is unlikely we'll be able to do anything to help you.

I mean exactly what I said - as far as we can see Posh Casino do not hold any gambling license and as such there is no regulatory body they are required to answer to.

Unfortunately we've received no response what-so-ever from our multiple attempts to communicate with Posh Casino about this issue. At this stage I have no reasonable expectation of this situation changing in the foreseeable future.
