Posh Casino - Slow to pay

Resolved - Posh Casino were unresponsive to our efforts to communicate with them about this issue, but the player informs us that the problem has been resolved.

Player's Complaint

I requested a cashout of my winnings on 07/02/2018. I supplied all requested information including bank details and was told it would be paid in 10 business days. On the 11th business day, I emailed to ask about it and was told that there was an important reason they didn't pay but not what that reason was. They said it would take at least 3 more weeks but no guarantee that it would even occur then. They gave me an email addy to send complaints to but those bounce back undeliverable.

That's all I can ask :) And I certainly appreciate your help. Even if we don't get anywhere, I'm no worse off than I was yesterday.

And whoever suggested I read the review, lol, that horse escaped long ago. I never knew there was a problem with them until now. I've gotten all my cashouts prior to this.

I've worked around online gaming for 18 years and I have always gotten my winnings. Sometimes it takes a bit.

I am not sure the reason, but they contacted me yesterday saying that the money has now been sent to the processor and it will take 10 more business days. So thank you for contacting them. I will update as soon as I find out this is the truth. Thank you again :)

That's great news, but I can say that we have not had any response from the operator so this is not due to us.
